Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Temporary Systems Administrator to join our team in Indian Head, MD for a 6-week project. The Systems Administrator will provide Windows Server administration and troubleshooting, coordinate network support activities, and assist with maintaining security and integrity standards across enterprise systems.
Responsibilities of the Systems Administrator include:
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
• Coordinate operational designs and develop support plans for LAN, BAN, and WAN solutions
• Monitor and maintain security and integrity standards and controls
• Support project teams in implementing new or upgraded designs
• Analyze user requirements and performance statistics to identify trends and resolve issues
• Operate within a ticket-based environment using Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar systems
• Recommend hardware, software, and network configuration improvements
Qualifications for the Systems Administrator include:
• Active Secret clearance
• 5+ years of IT experience (school, military, or professional)
• Experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.)
• IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, or equivalent)
• Operating System/Application certification (waiver possible)
Compensation for the Systems Administrator includes:
· Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
