Great Hill Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Modeling and Simulation Policy Analyst to provide and support our government customer with on-site modeling and simulation policy support. This position will be on-site in Patuxent River, Maryland.
This position will entail supporting the Naval Air Systems Command (NavAir), in particular, the Digital Analytics, Infrastructure and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group.

- Conduct research and data gathering on existing plans, roadmaps, and similar documents across the DoW, Joint Commands, NATO organizations, and the Services
- Distribute draft documents for review and comment, adjudicating inputs, updating drafts based on feedback, conducting technical editorial updates, and preparing documents for formal staffing
- Conduct research and analysis of existing policies to identify gaps and provide recommendations for new or revised policies
- Support the development, promulgation, and implementation of M&S standards to enable reuse, interoperability, and composability of M&S software and systems
- Gather M&S standards requirements from DON developers and users
- Coordinate with Navy and DoW user communities, other Services, and Agencies
- Work closely with the NMSO Program Manager and Senior Program Analyst.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
