Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Ensures maintenance and safe and proper operation of airfield facilities; 2) Directs the air traffic operations at the NBVC Air Terminal and Transient Line; and 3) Assigns work to subordinates in accordance with airfield priorities and establishes priorities. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
I have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree.
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree.
OR
Successful completion of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.

- You will assign and explain work requirement to subordinate leaders to attain the most efficient operations and logistics/cargo movement possible.
- You will inspect assigned work areas periodically to ensure adherence to directive for handling, storage and security of materials and equipment.
- You will ensure maintenance and safe and proper operations of airfield facilities.
- You will perform QA for airfields facilities/ transient line operations and maintenance contractor services.
- You will coordinate with other air operations divisions as required to successfully complete the mission of the command.
