Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge and experience with C4I systems, particularly with Computer Network Defense (CND), a Priority Critical Cybersecurity system that provides boundary defense infrastructure for classified and unclassified IT-21 and ONE-Net enterprise networks. Experience in program management ensuring the program meets cost, schedule and performance.

- You will serve as the Computer Network Defense Assistant Program Manager (CND APM) assigned to the PMW 130 Cybersecurity Program Office within PEO C4I.
- You will oversee and manage all phases acquisition life cycle to include definition, development, design, integration, test and evaluation, acquisition and contracts strategies, contract management, cost estimation, scheduling, production, etc.
- You will effectively lead, integrate and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems encountered.
- You will provide assistance to the PAPM and PM in preparing briefs to Congressional Staffers, Chief of Naval Operations, Type Commanders, Operational and Joint Test Commands, other Systems Commands, other stakeholders.
- You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, manage risks, perform contract planning and coordinate post-award activities.
- You will coordinate preparation of program acquisition/integration documentation and ensure tasks executed/contracts let awarded are in accordance with appropriate guidelines and that the program stays within controls.
- You will work with the PAPM or senior APM to communicate program information across the PEO and other relevant organizations to facilitate leveraging opportunities.
- You will ensure the program(s) acquisition strategy, program of record and execution meet user requirements and are executable with acceptance.

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 801-Program Manager, proficiency level Basic the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
