BCS Allegient is currently hiring for a S&T Program Management Professional for the Expeditionary Program supporting our client, Office of Naval Research. This position is onsite in Quantico, VA.
The Program Management Specialist will support the Expeditionary Portfolio Director at the Office of Naval Research by creating original content, articulating emerging concepts, and managing technology transition between the requirements developer and acquisition manager to provide Naval Expeditionary Forces with the technological superiority necessary to fight and win. These include but are not limited to -
Drafting papers and briefs
Analyzing scientific and fiscal data for presentation and to make recommendations
Organizing Expeditionary Portfolio participation in expositions and conferences
Presenting new information to various civilian and military audiences
Facilitating meetings and managing processes
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (at least)
Current Secret security clearance
Minimum of 15 years Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) experience policies and program management practices applicable to technology transition from S&T into acquisition (ten of which must be relevant management oversight experience in S&T project planning, execution, and transition)
Desired qualifications:
Top Secret security clearance
Science, technology, engineering, math education
Experience at HQMC, CD&I, TECOM. MCWL, MCOTEA or MCSC
