Senior Integrated Master Scheduler
Job Description Summary:
D&G is seeking a highly motivated Senior Integrated Master Scheduler for the United States Coast Guard Headquarters Integrated Government Schedule (CG-IGS) Program. This candidate will have experience supporting DHS or DoD organizations in the responsibilities listed below. This is an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team supporting one of the USCG’s highest priority missions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Leading a team of Senior, Mid and Junior Level schedulers responsible for the creation, maintenance, status, analysis and reporting of multiple project schedules and associated metrics.
Working collaboratively with Co-technical leads to achieve project completion and strategic goals.
Leading the analysis of project schedule variances, slack and other metrics in support of monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting.
Supporting the integration of scheduling data into actionable dashboards and reports.
Directly supporting and interfacing with USCG Program Managers and Senior Leaders.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree.
7-10 years’ experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
5-7 years of experience with managing a team of schedulers or DHS/DoD acquisition program.
5+ years of experience supporting DoD or DHS acquisition lifecycle programs. (ALF).
8 years of experience with Microsoft Project, MS Project Server, MS Project Online, MS Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), MS Power BI, database architecture development and database management.
Eligibility Requirements:
Active Public Trust or ability to obtain a Public Trust.
Experience working with the US Government. Particularly DOD and/or DHS.

Desired Skills:
Experience with US Coast Guard.
Extensive communication experience working with US Government Senior Staff and Command

Location:
Remote with occasional (1-2 trips per quarter) travel to Coast Guard HQ- Washington DC
