What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor the premises in accordance with established protocols for an aerospace and defense environment, reporting any unusual or suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
- Assist with access control by verifying credentials and helping to restrict entry to authorized personnel only, as required by site policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
