Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Aerospace Patrols in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive engagement. You will perform routine patrols, respond to alarm panels, and provide outstanding customer service, all while supporting a collaborative team environment that values integrity, innovation, and putting people first. This is a driving post.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe for any suspicious activities or individuals within the location.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
• Remain alert to changing conditions and potential security-related risks within the aerospace and defense environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Applicants must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
