ECS is seeking a Strategic Partnership Specialist to work in our Arlington, VA office.
ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC). The JCDC is CISA's flagship initiative for uniting government, industry, and international partners to proactively defend against cyber threats. Our ECS team is at the center of providing support to JCDC's critical mission as they continue to plan, share, and respond to cyber threats in real time to support the greater cyber community.
The Strategic Partnership Analyst will support the JCDC Partnerships Office by assessing the health, value, and effectiveness of partnerships across many active engagements. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in guiding how JCDC better shares, collaborates with, and provides cyber threat solutions to its partners across diverse stakeholder groups in the public and private sectors. An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CISA, federal government, and/or other multi-stakeholder engagement strategies to strengthen high-value partnerships in alignment to mission priorities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess partnership health and performance by analyzing data, evaluating impact, identifying gaps, and developing a structured framework to inform partnership strategy and engagement decisions.
- Consolidate an existing partner list to a focused set of high value relationships that deepen engagement and balance relationships for greater mutual benefit.
- Align partner capabilities with organizational needs, recommend changes as needed, and communicate updates clearly to preserve transparency and trust.
- Support the development of dashboards, summaries, and decision briefs that communicate partnership insights, measure program success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, share insights, and improve coordination in partner outreach and engagement.
- Support stakeholder interactions and administrative functions of partner engagement activities.
- Act as a diplomat to foster trust with high-level private sector entities, ensure they see the value in JCDC Engagements
- US citizenship with an ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD) and be TS-SCI eligible.
- On-site 3-5 days a week in Arlington, VA
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, communications, strategic partnerships, customer engagement, or related field.
- Experience cleaning and managing large datasets ideally in CRM/marketing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with high tolerance for repetitive work
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to manage sensitive partnerships and align efforts with mission priorities.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Ability to take initiative as a self-starter, ask clarifying questions, and take directions.
- Strong written and verbal communication of technical and non-technical materials.
- Familiarity with project management concepts.
- Federal consulting experience in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Experience supporting engagement or partnership programs in government, critical infrastructure, or cybersecurity-adjacent environments.
- Familiarity with the operations and mission of CISA, JCDC, or other federal cybersecurity organizations.
