As a data architect on our Air Force team, you'll use your technical expertise to design data architecture solutions. You'll resolve routine data architecture-related issues in collaboration with business analysts and technology teams by working with project staff to make decisions and recommendations on future data architecture developments.
In this role, you'll apply best practices and tools to create and deploy data architectures and database solutions for IT systems. You'll grow your technical experience as you assist in the design, definition, development, and testing of cloud solution components, serving as a liaison between clients and developers to ensure that requirements are met and solutions are delivered.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience designing, creating, and deploying data architectures and database solutions for IT systems and their users
- Experience guiding teams in converting requirements into implementation plans
- Experience capturing and establishing clear, concise, and executable data standards
- Knowledge of making system data readily available, secure, tagged, formatted, and accessible
- TS/SCI clearance
- Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience with data architecture, Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with data architecture, or 9+ years of experience with data architecture in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Air Force weapon systems product support
- Experience with software engineering, algorithms, and application development
- Knowledge of Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS)
