ECS is seeking a Project Analyst to work in our Arlington, VA office.
ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC). The JCDC is CISA's flagship initiative for uniting government, industry, and international partners to proactively defend against cyber threats. Our ECS team is at the center of providing support to JCDC's critical mission as they continue to plan, share, and respond to cyber threats in real time to support the greater cyber community.
The Project Analyst w ill support the JCDC Liaison Office to advance cyber defense collaboration across our diverse internal and external stakeholders. This individual will work as part of a team to align and implement engagement solutions to achieve customer needs. This role blends project management, stakeholder coordination, and cybersecurity program support.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform operational duties such as organizing tasks, tracking progress, gathering information, and ensuring execution of cyber-initiatives.
- Summarize key information and produce briefing materials as an individual contributor.
- Collect and organize project data to support analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, translation, and synthesis to inform project decision-points.
- Perform project management tasks, including tracking schedules, maintaining action items, and updating project documentation.
- Gather requirements and develop project artifacts such as workflows, use cases, and process updates under senior guidance.
- Identify gaps, risks, or dependencies and elevate them as appropriate.
- Prepare clear action-orientated meeting materials that capture key notes, decisions, and follow-up needs.
- Conduct stakeholder interactions and engagement activities under the direction of senior guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and align related workstreams.
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD).
- Active TS security clearance and SCI eligible.
- On-site 3-5 days per week in Arlington, VA.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, stakeholder engagement, communications or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with project management concepts (coursework/certifications a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to take initiative as a self-starter, ask clarifying questions, and take directions.
- Strong written and verbal communication of technical and non-technical materials.
- Federal Consulting Experience in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Experience in supporting or coordinating projects in any domain.
- Ability to coordinate multiple project efforts with competing priorities.
