We are currently seeking a Senior ERP Data Analytics & Metrics Lead to support our team in Norfolk, VA.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
Corporate Metrics & Data Analytics Leadership
• Lead SMPG data analytics and enterprise-level metrics development
• Create high-visibility reports and dashboards for CNO leadership, Board reviews, Productivity Reviews, and Execution Summits
• Conduct advanced data mining, modeling, and visualization to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Utilize expertise in Qlik, Power BI, Databricks, SQL Server, and other data visualization and analytics tools
• Lead the Metrics Community of Practice (MCoP), fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and analytics governance
ERP & Shipyard Business Analysis
• Support Naval Maintenance programs by interpreting requirements and aligning them with ERP and data analytics processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data, understand requirements, and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Support process improvement initiatives through analytics-driven insight, documentation, and change management
• Apply Ship Maintenance Corporate Software Suite functional knowledge to enhance reporting, data integrity, and workflow efficiency
• Identify data gaps or reporting deficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with mission objectives
• Support implementation phases and assist in integrating improved analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting methods
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Naval Maintenance, including industrial or shipyard process requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or corporate metrics development
• Minimum 5 years supporting Naval Shipyard or Naval Maintenance data analysis, reporting, or performance improvement
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Ship Maintenance Corporate Software Suite functions and processes
• Advanced experience with Qlik, Power BI, Databricks, SQL Server, or similar BI tools
• Active Secret security clearance
Preferred Education & Certifications
• Master's degree
• Certifications in Qlik, Power BI, SQL, Databricks, or other analytics platforms
• PMP certification
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black) Belt certification
