We are currently seeking a Senior ERP Program & Administrative Support Lead to support our team in Norfolk, VA.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
SMPG Program, Operations, & Administrative Management
• Manage workforce planning activities, including tracking staffing requirements, training needs, personnel movements, and development plans
• Oversee training materials, documentation, reference guides, and administrative artifacts supporting organizational readiness
• Develop meeting schedules, prepare leadership briefing materials, and accurately document meeting minutes for senior leadership, working groups, and program events
• Track and report staff readiness metrics, qualifications, and alignment to mission requirements
• Support SMPG organizational effectiveness by coordinating tasking, monitoring progress, and streamlining administrative workflows
• Maintain updated schedules, documentation, and communication tools to ensure consistency and operational accuracy
ERP & Shipyard Program Support
• Support Naval Maintenance programs by ensuring administrative and operational processes align with ERP requirements and shipyard operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, document processes, and ensure program materials reflect current operational needs
• Assist in process improvement efforts related to workforce planning, training management, program documentation, and administrative coordination
• Apply knowledge of Ship Maintenance Corporate Software Suite functions to support accurate reporting, documentation, and process alignment
• Coordinate communication and tasking across program teams to ensure priorities, deadlines, and readiness requirements are met
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Operations, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years supporting Naval Maintenance or shipyard environments, including program or administrative coordination
• Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce planning, training management, or administrative program support
• Minimum 5 years supporting Naval Maintenance, SMPG operations, or organizational readiness reporting
• Minimum 5 years with Ship Maintenance Corporate Software Suite functions and processes
• Strong experience preparing documentation, managing meetings, and coordinating administrative workflows
• Active Secret security clearance
Preferred Education & Certifications
• Master's degree
• Certifications in project coordination, administrative management, or workforce development
• PMP certification
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black) Belt certification
