We are currently seeking a Senior ERP & IT Systems Integration Analyst to support our team in Norfolk, VA.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
Integrated Solutions Division (ISD) / IT Systems Leadership
• Oversee shipyard business systems integration for NMMES, including AIM, Concerto, PMC, MAT, SUPDESK, PROS, and related enterprise applications
• Coordinate with the Digital Program Office (DPO) to ensure alignment across digital modernization and system integration efforts
• Manage configuration control processes and maintain accurate technical documentation across supported systems
• Support IT software lifecycle assessments, including system readiness, compatibility reviews, performance evaluations, and sustainment planning
• Provide expertise on system integration pathways, digital workflows, and modernization priorities within the shipyard and ERP environment
ERP & Shipyard Business Analysis
• Support Naval Maintenance programs by interpreting requirements and aligning them with ERP, ISD systems, and shipyard processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze system interactions, and identify optimization or integration opportunities
• Assist with process improvement initiatives through detailed analysis, documentation, and change-management support
• Apply Ship Maintenance Corporate Software Suite functional knowledge to improve data integrity, workflow efficiency, and system interoperability
• Identify system gaps, configuration challenges, or integration issues and recommend solutions that support mission and operational goals
• Support implementation activities including system testing, deployment, user acceptance, and training support
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Operations, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years supporting Naval Maintenance, including shipyard industrial or IT systems integration environments
• Minimum 5 years of experience with shipyard business systems such as AIM-NG, SYMET, QDB, or other NMMES-related tools
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting configuration management, technical documentation, or IT lifecycle processes
• Minimum 5 years with Ship Maintenance Corporate Software Suite functions and processes
• Experience coordinating with the Digital Program Office (DPO) or similar digital transformation stakeholders
• Active Secret security clearance
Preferred Education & Certifications
• Master's degree
• Certifications in IT systems integration, configuration management, or enterprise architecture
• PMP certification
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black) Belt certification
