Peraton is seeking a SharePoint Developer. A SharePoint Developer II position involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom SharePoint solutions for businesses, often integrating with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. Key responsibilities include creating web parts and workflows, managing site collections, ensuring security, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with a solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), are essential qualifications.

Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and branding.
- Manage SharePoint sites, including creation, configuration, and security.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft products like Teams, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for SharePoint-related issues.
- Maintain and update SharePoint security policies and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint features and trends to suggest and implement improvements.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. 12 years of experience with HS Diploma.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Experience in SharePoint development related job roles
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
- Primary work locations in Tacoma, WA, Aurora, CO, San Antonio, TX, and Falls Church, VA. Remote work may be considered in special cases when approved by the customer.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a focus on developing and supporting enterprise-level applications.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online/O365 and on-premises versions (e.g., 2016/2019).
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of the full SDLC, including development, testing, and deployment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working within Military Health environments is a plus
- BA/BS degree in and IT or math related field preferred
- Current active IAT II certification (Security+) with related web development Computing Environment (CE) certification(s) to comply with DoD 8570 and DoD 8140.03 requirements (preferred)
