Summary
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA) to support secure platform deployment, automation, and integration in a federal environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with ROSA on GovCloud, ROSA HCP, GitOps (Argo CD), CI/CD pipelines, and advanced Kubernetes cluster security. This is a fully remote engagement approximately 392 hours.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience with ROSA on GovCloud, ROSA HCP, GitOps (Argo CD), CI/CD pipelines, and advanced Kubernetes cluster security. This is a fully remote engagement approximately 392 hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and configuration of Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA) environments, including GovCloud and ROSA HCP
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications
- Design, deploy, and maintain GitOps workflows using Argo CD
- Enforce advanced Kubernetes/OpenShift security controls and compliance standards
- Support platform integration, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong, hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA)
- Experience deploying ROSA in GovCloud and/or ROSA HCP
- Proven expertise with OpenShift GitOps (Argo CD) and CI/CD
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift cluster security
- Experience supporting Federal/DoD/DoJ environments
- Active Secret Clearance
