Summary
The End User Management (EUM) Initiative Lead leads enterprise end-user initiatives for federal clients, improving device management, collaboration tools, and workforce productivity while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and federal IT standards.
Responsibilities:
•Drive planning and execution of EUM initiatives aligned with federal contract objectives
•Coordinate cross-functional IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver end-user solutions
•Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies; report status to leadership and stakeholders
•Ensure initiatives comply with federal regulations, security standards, and ITIL/service management practices
•Support adoption of new technologies, process improvements, and end-user enablement strategies
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
•5+ years managing IT service delivery, end-user computing, or EUM initiatives
•Experience in federal contracting or government IT environments
•Strong knowledge of endpoint management, collaboration tools, and service management frameworks
•Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
•ITIL and/or PMP/Agile certification
•TS/SCI with polygraph required
