The Opportunity
As one of NTS's Solutions Architects, you will serve as a critical member of NTS Growth/Sales team -responsible for developing innovative, competitive, and compliant technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and operational CONOPS. You will serve as a primary technical resource and with Sales and other NTS personnel, proactively engage with customers to understand mission pain points, shape future RFPs, and position NTS for success through early solutioning and technical differentiation. Acting as part of a cross-functional team with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Proposal teams, you will also support technical problem solving, solution design, proof of concepts and demonstrations of solutions with customers, and training of Sales leads on technology and products/solutions. You are the primary lead for technical demonstrations and Proofs of concept (PoC) with customers to showcase value of proposed solutions and to increase pWIN of sales and customer adoption/expansion. Ultimately, you will ensure NTS delivers cohesive, technically compelling, and customer-aligned solutions that win and sustain customer business.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: primary technical resource for the sales team during pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Serve as a SME in "strength-based solutioning" and customer focused engagements for technical solutioning. Develop strength-based solutions and draft strength statements that have features, customer benefits, and proof points that the end-user will identify with, resonate, and lead to high PWIN deals (proposals)
- Work closely with Sales and/or PM teams to shape opportunities early in the Sales lifecycle with the customers (customer visits, technical solutioning sessions, vendor assessments/teaming activities, etc). Lead and/or actively participate in technical solution strategy sessions and demos/Proof of Concepts, storyboard development, and theme formulation to ensure a technically compelling and compliant proposal.
- Solution Design: Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions that address their challenges, ensuring compatibility with our product offerings and services.
- Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their tech environments, workflows, & goals, providing recommendations that maximize value.
- Proposal Support: Develop detailed technical proposals, diagrams, and documentation to accompany sales bids, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Program Managers, Product owners/product development, vendors/teammates, engineering, and marketing teams to stay up to date on the latest technologies, features, and industry trends.
- Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions for sales team members to enhance their understanding of technical solutions and capabilities.
- Problem Solving: Address technical inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Demonstrations & Proof of Concept (POC): Lead technical demonstrations and POCs to showcase the value of proposed solutions.
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer, and Product DevOps team to refine sales playbooks, deliver technical training for Sales and PMs, ensure cross-product sales capability within the Sales team, and support the assessment and implementation of innovative solutions for both current and emerging customers.
- Support proposal and customer-oriented technical analysis, architectural concept development, technical documentation, and creation of technical written products as required.
