Description:Will serve as a Program Security Representative Senior within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company in Fort Worth, TX. The individual selected will serve as the Personnel Security (PERSEC) lead for the program security team in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities will include administrative support for all personnel security requirements, including processing Program Access Requests (PARs), maintaining Personnel Security Records for all assigned personnel. The PERSEC Rep will be officially trained and appointed as SAP Personnel Security Officials (SPOs). This appointment will be maintained with the Personnel Security Files. The PERSEC lead will also maintain personnel and program information within the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) for employee with program access. The PERSEC lead will provide foreign travel briefings/debriefings to include updated travel information. The PERSEC lead will accomplish / validates all security administrative documents and SAP Formats associated with the security training program which are maintained in personnel security information folders. The PERSEC lead will also support additional duties as required to maintain inspection readiness. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills: Proven ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and government agencies.
2. In-depth knowledge of government security directives: Experience implementing and adhering to 32 CFR, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), ICD, and other relevant government security regulations; experience with using JADE.
3. USG or contractor security experience: Prior experience working with the US Government or as a contractor in a security-related role, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
4. Self-motivated and independent: A self-starter with the ability to work independently, taking initiative to identify and address security concerns.
5. Government inspection support: Ability to assist in government inspections within the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Ability to adapt to changing security requirements and priorities
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
