MANTECH seeks a highly experienced and strategic Deputy Program Manager to join our CNO team in Hanover, Maryland.
The Deputy Program Manager will play a pivotal role in helping to lead a large Mission Focused team in support of MANTECH'S Advance Cyber Services division.

The Deputy Program Manager will play a pivotal role in helping to lead a large Mission Focused team in support of MANTECH'S Advance Cyber Services division.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Allocating resources across staffing, facilities, and budgets in alignment with contract requirements
- Reviewing and approving earned value metrics, Estimates to Complete, Funds and Man-hour Expenditure Reports, and other financial reporting as necessary
- Driving cross-discipline integration to ensure customer objectives are met effectively
- Reviewing and proposing updates to the Integrated Program Baseline or resource-loaded schedules
- Managing risk assessment and mitigation efforts, including budget allocations for risk management
- Supporting recruitment and training of direct and indirect program personnel
- Approving all technical and financial deliverables prior to customer submission
- Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and administrative requirements
- Leading the development and coordination of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and value engineering submissions for the customer Program Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience as a program or project manager on efforts of similar size, scope, and complexity
- Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, scheduling, and financial monitoring and reporting
- 1+ year of experience managing funds and resources with complex reporting tools such as Earned Value Management
- Experience working with FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 acquisition and policy guidelines
- Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts with varying complexity, and leading a multi-vendor delivery environment
- Current certification in PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 2 in Program Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Computer Network Operations
- Degree or experience in Computer Science
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph and be willing to obtain an additional polygraph if required prior to start
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
