Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

BAE Systems is hiring the Director of Program Security with oversight of all Industrial and Special Program Security activities within Electronic Systems (ES)

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Directs and oversee all Business Area Security Teams consisting of Industrial and Program Security teams executing the compliance of security requirements in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures.
- Provides the leadership essential to implement the Electronic Systems (ES) Security posture in support of business objectives and security best practices
- Drive the strategy and manage tactical execution for industrial and special access security in support of Electronic Systems.
- Responsible for ensuring that each Business Area Security Lead establishes and maintains ongoing key customer business relationships, including site visits, anticipating and resolving potential impacts.
- Predictive implementation of security requirements developing business enabling solutions to complex security issues.
- Responsible for compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, DoD SAP Manuals, ICD 705 , and customer provided security directives for contracted classified national security information and controlled unclassified information (CUI).
- Fosters innovative problem solving, performance excellence, and continuous improvement to deliver affordable, effective, and dependable solutions.
- Attract, develop, and retain high-performing, diverse talent who create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and innovation focused on our mission.
- Ensure the execution of the arrangements defined by the SSA and BAE Systems Inc. policies and procedures, specifically Policy 400 & 405 with applicable appendixes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with relevant Defense and Aerospace standards and legislation.
- Knowledgeable on technological advances to security infrastructure ensuring modernization and product lifecycle management
- Fiscal responsibility for the ES Security budgets, capital, and expense allotted to program security
- Develops and oversees projects associated with the long-term strategy for secure facility infrastructure aligned to the sectors facility roadmap
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Ba chelor's degree in a related field; Criminal Justice, Information Technology, Law Enforcement, Legal, with 12 years' experience managing large-scale security organizations.
- Must have a TS/SCI clearance, with ability to access Special Access Programs. Individual must be able to successfully pass a Counter Intelligence Polygraph
- Must demonstrate proven leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of compliance programs and integration into business operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, DoD SAP Manuals, ICD 705
- Experience working with product development teams in an agile or DevOps environment
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions that create exceptional collaboration environments
- Ability to solve complex decisions independently
- Capable of developing collaborative relationships both internally and externally
- Identify inefficiencies, functional overlap, synergies and opportunities and implement solutions
- Demonstrated ability to instill culture of compliant business execution, without roadblocks
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Masters Degree in a related field; Criminal Justice, Information Technology, Law Enforcement, or Legal Studies
- Experience recognizing and thoroughly understanding changes in the customer security environment, as well as industry trends domestically and globally.
- Superior knowledge of the NISPOM and SSA standards, policy processes, and U.S. Government practices and other security laws and regulations.
- Security industry board membership, affiliations, and professional organizations.
- Must be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance, with ability to access Special Access Programs. Individual must be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph
