Multinational Logistics Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a key contributor to our strategic readiness, you'll develop comprehensive multinational logistics plans that support our operational goals and international collaborations by shaping real world life support for complex operations and leading multinational logistics planning efforts to ensure seamless integration with our partners' logistics services. This will be accomplished through collaborative efforts to plan and execute the movement and support of forces with Allied and coalition partners.
You'll bring logistics expertise into every phase of the Joint Event Life Cycle-producing life support plans, coordinated bilateral support plans, risk assessments, and after-action reports that drive real-world improvement. You'll work to overcome challenges to achieve common standards and procedures among different nations, which often have varying definitions of logistics terms, equipment, and supply chain systems. Your development of agreements will facilitate mutual support across multiple nations.
This role offers a unique opportunity to identify gaps, solve complex challenges, and influence operational outcomes through tactical logistics planning.
Your work will result in high-visibility deliverables, including decision briefs, white papers, Standard Operating Procedures ( SOPs ) , and presentations delivered to senior leaders and mission partners.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in military logistics planning at service or Joint Force HQ
- 7+ years of experience in logistics support planning and execution within the Indo-PACOM Theater
- 5+ years of experience with current military logistics concepts, capabilities, and the 6 functions of logistics and force logistics capabilities
- Knowledge of the U.S. Alliances within the Indo-Pacific area of responsibilities, ministries and agencies, and military stakeholders
- Knowledge of Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreements and the major functional areas these agreements allow the transfer of logistics stock and services between nations during peacetime and wartime operations
- Ability to independently produce professional quality written, verbal, and digital products with minimal corrections needed
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
