• Lead or support engineering reviews, readiness assessments, milestone decisions, and technical interchange meetings.
• Provide authoritative guidance on requirements development, traceability, validation strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Identify engineering risks across software, hardware, cybersecurity, algorithm performance, integration, and schedule feasibility.
• Contribute to acquisition activities including SOW/SOO development, proposal technical evaluation, risk scoring, and vendor performance assessments.
• Prepare and deliver engineering briefings, technical analyses, and decision documentation for senior program leadership.
• Integrate engineering considerations into sustainment plans, modernization roadmaps, and long-term lifecycle strategies.

• Experience in technical oversight, requirements analysis, test planning, and risk management.
• Experience supporting or advising acquisition activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background with Air Force LCMC processes, system readiness reviews, and engineering baseline management.
• Prior work on radar, C2, SIGINT, cyber, EW, or distributed mission systems.
• Experience across both government and defense industry roles, providing technical leadership in multi-contractor environments.
• DAWIA certifications or PMP helpful but not required.
