Summary
The MIL Corporation is seeking an Integration Subject Matter Expert (Integration, Senior Analyst) to support efforts for PMA-263 from our federal government client location in the Lexington Park, MD area.
The position is part time (less than 30 hours per week) and currently requires a hybrid on-site/remote schedule with 1 day on-site per week. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities
- Develop Ship Change Documentation IAW TS 9090-310
- Develop Shock Deficiency Correction Plans (SDCPs)
- Review and recommend shipboard modification and system integration plans
- Provide subject matter expertise for design, integration, testing, and installation of C5ISR systems
- Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposal development, and assisting with customer engagement to expand C5ISR and NAWCAD WOLF program support
Travel
Occasional travel to support NAVAIR programs, as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience of relevant experience including:
- Experience with NAWCAD WOLF and its oLSI business model
- Experience with PMA-263 shipboard installations and working with an Alteration Installation Team (AIT)
- Experience providing SME support for experimental systems and tech demos aboard ships
- Experience generating and tracking risk acceptance messages through TYCOM endorsement
- Experience as an On-Site Installation Coordinator (OSIC) and Government Project Lead
- Experience in initiating and tracking Shock Deficiency Correction Plans (SDCPs)
- Familiarity with Electronic Liaison Action Records (eLARs), Electronic Departure From Specification (eDFS), Electronic Hazard Assessment Reports (eHARs)
- Familiarity with the Navy Data Environment (NDE) Entitled Process, Afloat Master Planning System (AMPS), Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), and Regional Maintenance and Modernization Control Office (RMMCO) process
- Familiarity with NAVSEA and Planning Yard (PY) coordination
