Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a Mid-Level Executive Transport Aircraft Integration Office Engineerto join the Executive Transport Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing emergent and specialty projects in support of design, modification, and delivery. Projects include planning and implementing readiness activities in support of design maturity and factory execution such as flight test/mission assurance readiness reviews, technical design reviews, table top exercises, and resolving systemic issues involving heavy maintenance activities. Will hold responsibility for partnering with Applicant FAA Certification Team to ensure execution is aligned with programmatic schedule and strategies. Responsible for deployment and standardization of On Time Delivery and Cost/Schedule Performance Tools across two Executive Fleet Programs.

This position is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience with Program, Project and Product Management Best Practices
  • Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience providing technical leadership for an engineering team
  • Experience as a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills, and a focus on translating technically complex issues into simple, easy to understand concepts
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time as required


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Active security clearance
  • Experience with Military or Commercial aircraft design and/or analysis experience within Airframe, Flight Sciences, Interiors, Propulsion, or Systems
  • Experience with delivery and certification processes, working with FAA regulations, and Regulatory Administration
  • Experience working across multiple business units and/or complex organizations
  • Experience with leading major design changes through multiple phases of product lifecycle
  • Experience communicating with senior leadership and program customers
  • Ability to work out of comfort zone, where process definition does not exist or is unclear
  • Ability to take ownership / initiative, pull teams together, establish battle rhythm, remove roadblocks
