Description:What You Will Be Doing
As a Junior-Level Manufacturing Engineer in
Greenville, SC, you will support the production of
some of the world's most advanced aircraft by
developing, refining, and executing
manufacturing processes throughout the
program lifecycle. Whether it's supporting full rate production, sustainment, or modifications,
you will work alongside experienced engineers
and cross-functional teams to ensure high quality, efficient manufacturing operations. This
role is ideal for early-career professionals looking

directly support national defense and global
security.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing
plans, processes, and work instructions to
support aircraft production and sustainment.
- Support full-rate production efforts, ensuring
processes meet quality, cost, and schedule
requirements.
- Collaborate with shop floor personnel, design
engineers, quality assurance, and other
functional teams to resolve issues and drive
improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of corrective
actions to address non-conformances and
process inefficiencies.
- Contribute to the introduction of new products,
production lines, and tooling through hands-on
support and cross-functional coordination.
- Identify opportunities for continuous
improvement, helping to streamline processes
and enhance production performance.
- Provide real-time engineering support on the
shop floor to troubleshoot and resolve
manufacturing challenges.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality
requirements, and technical specifications

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relatable
experience in absence of a bachelors Degree.
Experience interpreting Engineering drawings,
specifications, and manufacturability.
Desired Skills:
STEM Bachelor's Degree.
Previous manufacturing/operations experience (2
to 5 years).
Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD)
modeling.
Demonstrated experience or desire to be in an
Operations role indicated by expressing interest
in
hands-on applications of engineering and
manufacturing principles.
Experience working process improvement and
corrective action efforts.
Strong ability in written and verbal technical
communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
