Job Description
In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination.
- Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change.
- Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting.
- Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators. This task includes:
- Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution
- Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree, and 0 - 2 years of related experience
Certifications
- Required: IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher.
- Desired: ITIL v4 Foundation
Security Clearance
- Required: Active Secret
- Desired: TS/SCI eligible
Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)
- Shift - Day/Swing. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required.
