• What is the primary mission of this role?
o We are seeking a motivated operator to join our team supporting the SPY-6 Family of Radars. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the radar during integration and test events. This person will be responsible for safe operations of the system and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• What are the main functions of this role?
o Operate radar during integration and test events.
o Safe operation of the system and compliance with standard operating procedures
o Maintain run logs documenting integration and test activities, run requests, and system configurations.
o Identify anomalies and observations during integration and testing.
o Assist with troubleshooting and investigation of software (SW) and hardware (HW) issues.
o Participate in maintenance of systems.
o Maintain tools for system operations.
o Perform data transfers.
o US Citizenship
• Required Skill Sets:
o Active Secret Clearance is required.
o Ability to execute procedures and follow standard operating procedures
o Attention to safety
o Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
o Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Desired Skill Sets:
o Prior Military Exp a Plus.
o Shift work possible and weekend work
o Experience with MATLAB
o Experience with Linux
