Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Zero Trust Technical Project Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Alexandria, VA. This is a Hybrid position, 1-4days required onsite.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- The Zero Trust Technical Project Manager will lead large projects or a significant segment of large complex projects.
- Analyzes new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
- Responsible for coordinating aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
- Takes projects from concept through final implementation.
- Interfaces with all areas affected by the project, including end users, stakeholders, and the project sponsor.
- Assists in generating acquisition documentation required for submittal to the government contracting office.
- Reviews requirements to define project scope and objectives.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Provides technical and analytical guidance/recommendations to the project team.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Required Qualifications:
- BS / BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Program Management, or other related disciplines; Relevant experience can be substituted for education, OR 15+ years of applicable experience.
- Microsoft Office Specialist or equivalent experience in applicable Office product (Office 365 and 2019).
- Experience briefing senior-level DoD officials at the GO/FO/PA level.
- Experience in articulating and conveying abstract ideas is critical.
- Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams to incorporate and develop high-quality implementation plans and roadmaps.
Clearance Requirement:
- TS/SCI security Clearance.
Good to Have:
- MA / MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Program Management, or other related disciplines.
- CAPM or PMP Certification.
- Atlassian Certified Expert.
