Job Duties
Requirements
- Assist in tracking and coordinating program milestones, deliverables, and logistics activities to ensure compliance with established Army and DoD policies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making, identify performance trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Leverage data analytic tools to assess program or project performance and prepare reports for leadership review.
- Support the preparation of briefings, presentations, and documentation related to program status, risk assessments, and action item tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, and program management offices to ensure synchronization of supply chain and sustainment activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with DoD documentation and reporting standards.
- Assist in planning and monitoring acquisition programs and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Support development and execution of life cycle sustainment strategies for systems and equipment.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Vantage, or similar analytics tools.
Requirements
- Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the last 4 years supporting DoD, Army, or government programs in logistics, analytical, or program management capacity.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, performance metrics, and statistical methods used to assess program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with acquisition processes and sustainment planning.
- Profeciency in PowerBI, Vantage or similar BI tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Army logistics systems or data visualization tools is a plus.
