MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Field Technician to join our team in Altadena, California.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Resolves a broad range of technical issues in support of customer's computer and mobile hardware, software and network related issues
- Install, configure and troubleshoot software
- Maintain and update records and tickets using ServiceNow
- Provides support on an as needed basis outside of normal business hours
- Learn customers hardware and software environment to assist in manufacturing and fabrication support
- Alerts management to issues that may require escalation with details of the situation
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years desktop systems support experience in mid-to-large environments.
- At least one Technical Certification such as:
- Apple (ACMT, ACSP)
- Windows (MCSE, MOS)
- CompTIA A+
- Experience using the ServiceNow problem/ticket management systems
- Strong understanding of Apple 15.3.1 Sequoia
- Experience with desktop imaging process and provisioning and managing computers in an Active Directory environment
- Familiar with Windows 11, Linux-RedHat 7, Apple Jamf, Personal Identification Verification (PIV), Two Factor Authentication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust prior to starting this position
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
