Overview:
The Program Specialist - Junior will provide essential program management support to program and project management staff. This entry-level role focuses on assisting senior personnel in various aspects of project scheduling, financial management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project scheduling, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Support financial management tasks, including budgeting and expense tracking.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations to communicate project progress and updates.
• Coordinate activities and documentation related to project management.
• Create graphic presentations to effectively convey project information.
• Work under the supervision of more senior positions, performing functional duties as directed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 3 years of experience in project management, scheduling, or finance.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, basic understanding of project management principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
