Overview:
The Program Analyst - Subject Matter Expert will provide expert support for a wide range of planning, evaluation, review, and prioritization of technical and financial resource activities associated with assigned programs. This role requires extensive experience and knowledge in program planning and evaluation within the DOD environment.

Overview:
The Program Analyst - Subject Matter Expert will provide expert support for a wide range of planning, evaluation, review, and prioritization of technical and financial resource activities associated with assigned programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Support program planning, evaluation, and financial management functions for assigned programs.
- Conduct Government cost analysis, forecasting, and planning, including support for the POM/BES and other cost functions.
- Coordinate with Program Managers, PEO staff, DA staff, other services, and industry personnel throughout all phases of the project life cycle.
- Apply expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation to achieve organizational missions, goals, and objectives.
- Collaborate with requiring activities to support the POE development and process financial transactions using SOMARDS and GFEBS.
- Initiate, supervise, and develop requirements from project inception to conclusion for complex programs.
- Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
Qualifications:
- Education: MA/MS/MBA in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial/Accounting.
- Experience: 10 years of financial experience within the DOD environment. An additional 3 years of experience and a BA/BS, or an additional 6 years of experience without a BA/BS may substitute for the degree requirement.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial management and analysis, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
