Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and 3+ years of related professional experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Production / Industrial Engineering concepts
• Tools and skills for driving continuous improvement projects
• Experience with process simulation modeling
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Experience with SAP ERP system
• Experience with simulation modeling, specifically Simio
• Understanding of Capacity Planning, Man-loading / Balancing, Estimating / Line Flow
• Strong communication skills

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

What You Will Be Doing
As an Industrial Engineer, you will support one or more of the product lines in Chelmsford. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the development of production operation time standards, tracking cost and schedule performance at the part level, establishment of efficiency calculations, capacity/manpower assessments, trend analysis, capital equipment justifications, production layouts and process flows, cost and span reduction initiatives, and other process improvement activities.
- Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Lead and other Program Support Teams to refine and improve production in an RF and microelectronics environment.
