  • Configure Experience Cloud and Service Cloud components to support internal staff and external grant recipients.
  • Implement secure APIs, Platform Events, and integration patterns to connect with DOT systems such as Oracle financial systems, Grants.gov, SAM.gov, and USASpending.gov.
  • Support data migration activities including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and post-cutover validation.
  • Optimize the Salesforce data model and configure role-based security aligned with federal compliance requirements including FISMA, Section 508, 2 CFR 200, FedRAMP, and privacy mandates.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices, governor limit compliance, and reusable component patterns.
  • Support configuration of reusable templates for NOFO creation, merit review workflows, performance reporting, audit activities, and closeout processes.
  • Develop data models and services that feed the public-facing Grants Transparency Dashboard, ensuring accurate lineage and metadata tracking.
  • Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
  • Collaborate on CI/CD using DTC-governed Salesforce DevOps toolsets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and Flows.
  • Strong experience with OmniStudio development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) framework, PSS data model, and standard grantmaking components.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
