Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Quality Control Manager in Honolulu, HI.
Responsibilities for the Quality Control Manager:
· Manage day-to-day federal construction activities
· Enforce or write Quality Control Plans (depending on project stage)
· Interface with subcontractors
· Perform QC inspections and compliance per federal standards (USACE/NAVFAC
· Support estimating and ensuring the project stays on budget
· Utilize Procore (or equivalent construction management platform)
Qualifications for the Quality Control Manager:
· 2 years of federal Quality Control experience
· Federal Background (USACE, NAVFAC, NASA, or similar agencies)
· 5 years of Construction Experience
· Procore or equivalent construction software experience
Compensation for the Quality Control Manager:
