Functional Description: The Senior Operations Analyst is a key member of the PMA-208 Front Office Operations Team, responsible for enabling alignment, communication, and modernization across the program. The analyst supports senior leadership and cross-functional teams by planning and facilitating acceleration events, workshops, and learning hours that align priorities and strengthen mission clarity; advancing workforce development through culture and engagement initiatives, onboarding/offboarding programs, and standards of practice documentation; and coordinating leadership messaging, internal and external communications, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing campaigns. The role also drives digital modernization by supporting the maturation and implementation of key program systems, managing SharePoint content and Office 365 adoption, and optimizing knowledge management processes. In addition, the analyst captures and disseminates documentation, briefs, and stakeholder insights to inform decision-making, while providing operational and analytical support that enhances collaboration, transparency, and the overall digital and data analytics acumen of the program.
The Senior Operations Analyst may also be called upon to support standard Operations team business, such as document reviewing and routing for PM or DPM signature; facilitation of meetings; management of IPT file systems within the SharePoint Online environment and within Teams, including calendar updates and action items; responding to internal and external taskers; submission of travel requests, DISS requests, BASICS II requests, coordination of visits by external parties; and coordination of meetings or travel requiring PM or DPM attendance.
Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $125,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
