Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring an Instructional Systems Specialist III to work 100% REMOTE. All candidates MUST have an active secret clearance to qualify for consideration.

• May serve as Lead Instructional Systems Specialist developing programs of instruction in occupational specialties or fields
• Designs and develops effective instructional programs, training literature and measurement instruments for military and civilian students
• Develops and implements projects designed to establish improved procedures and baselines for the technical training process with minimal guidance
• Creates new master instructional plans and modifies existing plans and conducts task analyses for the training programs
• Works with subject matter experts and existing course materials, designing and developing the instructional analysis, paper-based instructional materials, accompanying support materials such as workbooks, and instructor guides
• Performs instructional analysis to identify training performance objectives; being involved in each phase of the analysis as a quality assurance subject matter expert
• Generates or modifies multi-media and computer-based training plans with assistance from other team subject matter experts while developing the accompanying lessons that use the media.
• Proficiency designing, developing and implementing training under Agile/SCRUM with applied proven experience a must
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and Vyond, and/or transferable knowledge/skills in training and animation development software
• Proficiency in JIRA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project with ability to identify, define, and develop resource loaded training schedules in Microsoft Project
• Conduct training classes for IT systems in support of pre-deployment and end-user training
• Provide inputs to government acquisition products supporting procurement of training
• Ability to develop and analyze business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and training-related metrics
• Ability to identify, define and develop level of efforts for resource requirements and training product development

Qualifications

• Candidate must have an active secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience or HS Diploma and 13 yrs of experience.
• Experience with Training Acquistion, Jira, Training Development

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
