Amyx is seeking to hire an Oracle Software Tester to support one of our clients in Falls Church, VA. Perform analytical work in support of software testing. Typical duties involve assignment to assist in creation of test plans and procedures, testing product suites, participate in analysis during test periods, manual execution of test scripts, participate in post-test analysis and supporttest report generation. Both written and oral presentation of work products is required. Strong experience using Oracle e-Business Suite R12, Oracle Federal Financials using GL, B2R, CA, P2P, O2C, A2R, OTL and OBIEE modules.

Responsibilities
- Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:
- Participate in automated and manual regression testing of a complex software suite
- Participate in the preparation of test plans and test reports within specified timelines and requirements
- Participate during and post-test analysis of test data
- Participate and support a SAFe agile release methodology with testers embedded in the Agile Release Train (ART)
- Participate in maintenance of requirements traceability between requirement documentation and associated test scripts
- Review and provide comments on new requirements and associated test script
- Conduct review meetings for reported issues with stakeholders and move issues through process
- General understanding of software testing methodologies
- Have practical and working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

- Oracle Cloud infrastructure (OCI)

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Completed at least 30 semester hours towards an Associate's degree in directly related curriculum including but not limited to System Analysis, Acquisition Management, or Development/Operational Testing.
- A minimum of four years of testing or analysis experience is required
- Development/Operational Testing Certificate
- DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred Technical Bachelor's degree (Software Testing, Engineering, Computer Science, etc) or have
- OCI Certified
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile testing practices
- Experience with an Agile Framework
- Experience with Test automation - writing scripts for test automation
