This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position necessitates an active U.S. Government Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.
The Executive Vice President (EVP) plays a pivotal role in the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing major operational areas and driving the company's strategic vision. This position requires a deep understanding of business operations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other executives to achieve the organization's goals. Provides oversight and management of the corporation's support to the USAF's Big Safari Program. EVP works closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to steer the company towards long-term success, ensuring that all departments align with the overarching corporate strategy.

Who You Are and What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or another related field. Master's degree highly preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years professional experience in leadership roles with a track record of successful leadership and strategic planning
- Proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth.

What You Will Do:
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define and deliver initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and firm growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve corporate goals.
- Serves as an authorized interface with Government management/Prime personnel.
- Manage Big Safari program support.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure operational efficiency across all departments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and staff.
- Lead, mentor and support department heads and senior managers.
- Monitor organizational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Prepare and deliver reports and strategic updates to the Board of Directors.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Represent the company in public forums, media engagements, and industry events.
- Serve as a company representative to the board of directors, employees, customers, the government, and the public.
- Other tasks as assigned.
