Northrop Grumman is seeking Test Engineers . This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Roy, UT.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Synthesize test requirements into verification requirements, test objectives, success criteria, and required resources for system level tests and demonstrations.
• Support the development of test requirements and detailed integration test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews (TRRs), test data and test reports
• Execution of qualification and acceptance testing per those requirements, plans and procedures
• Participate in internal and customer test planning working groups
• Support program reviews and customer delivery (CDRL) development
• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment
• Compile data and define changes required in test equipment, test procedures, or new test requirements
• Collaborate with systems engineers, testing houses, development engineers and other stakeholders involved in the testing process.
• Review test plans, procedures, and reports; witness testing as the Cognizant Engineer
• Participate in technical exchange meetings, interfacing with customers (internal/external) and contributing to a broad range of program deliverables
• Review requirements, develop Test Plans and write Test Procedures
• Execute tests, manage and prioritize problems/failures
• Review and evaluate test results and provide summary reports
• Work with cross functional, multi-discipline test teams
• Identify configurations to support test and prototypes of developing systems
• Perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data
• Document test results and prepare test status documentation
• Create Test Discrepancy Reports to document issues
• Develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents
This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Test Engineer (T01) or an Test Engineer (T02).
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Strategic Deterrent Systems Division (SDSD).

- Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited institution.
- Be majoring in or having majored in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
- Current active Secret Security Clearance or higher

- Test Engineer (T02) - $70,200 - $105,400
