Position Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer II to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This multi-disciplinary organization develops advanced test solutions for all Client products. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, designing and integrating state-of-the-art test systems for both engineering labs and production environments.

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer II to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This multi-disciplinary organization develops advanced test solutions for all Client products. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, designing and integrating state-of-the-art test systems for both engineering labs and production environments.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and integrate test products within multi-discipline engineering teams
- Develop engineering and production test systems, including interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and circuit designs
- Perform circuit analysis (power, RF chain, error budgets)
- Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and implementation
- ACTIVE SECRET Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in: Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) AND 2+ years of relevant experience OR an advanced STEM degree
- Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing
- Proficiency with design tools (Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic)
- Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters)
- Ability to interpret schematics and use schematic capture tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in STEM
- Experience in analog, digital, and RF design
- Integration of digital/mixed-signal systems
- Technical leadership and project management experience
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills
- Familiarity with programming languages and debugging tools
- Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting expertise
