Title: Quality Systems Specialist
Location: Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA
Salary Range: $35 - $45/hr.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance
• 3 years of experience in quality assurance
• 1 year of experience in reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings and technical specifications
• 3 years of experience in identifying hazardous working conditions and ensuring safety
• 3 years of experience in repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes
• 1 year of experience working from heights and using fall protection equipment
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Training and/or experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Familiarity with the C-17 platform
• Experience with U.S. Army or Air Force maintenance practices
• Experience partnering with customers to deliver services and products

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and validate product nonconformance and quality procedures
• Perform analysis to ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements
• Review production plans to integrate quality requirements
• Ensure completion of modification plans
