HX5 is currently seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistician to support the Mobility Directorate Office at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will coordinate all logistics elements, including but not limited to spares, support equipment, training, facilities, technical data, and provisioning to ensure all integrated logistics support requirements for FMS programs are identified and tailored to the FMS customer's needs.
• Will assist in performing analyses of sustainment or related Diminishing Sources (DMSMS) issues and recommend suitable replacements.
• Will provide assistance to accomplish the generation and review of logistics support documentation that includes the following: Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP), Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSP), Tech Orders (TO), technical manuals, electronic technical manuals, illustrated parts breakdowns, and work specifications to ensure the documentation meets Government logistics support requirements.
• Will participate in ILS management team meetings, program management reviews, and other related meetings.
• In addition, will assist the Government in performing logistics support analysis tasks.
• Will monitor, review, analyze and coordinate security activities concerning DoD and other agencies to ensure compliance with established policies, Letters of Request (LORs), and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs).

Education and Experience:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience.

• Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoD
• Or ... ten (10) years of project assistance, administrative assistance or similar experience in the public, military or non-profit or private sectors
• Or ... fifteen (15) years of directly related experience, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
