We are seeking an RF Circuit Board Lead Engineer to join our team in Broomfield to perform the following:
•Review and understand prototype RF board design and test results.
•Assist and review power and digital hardware engineering in developing schematic updates to eliminate board shortcomings, improve board performance, and incorporate new board features
•Incorporate schematic updates and manufacturer feedback into existing RF board design and generate layout (gerber) files
•Develop board test plan
•Generate requirements and pass/fail criteria for automated board testing, and assist test engineering in development and validation of automated testing SW
•Assist SW and FW engineering in development of embedded SW/FW for the RF board
•Oversee production, receiving and inspection, automated testing, manual testing, thermal testing, and anomaly reporting for 2,000+ RF boards
•Review test data and calibration files for validity, accuracy, and acceptability
•Assist SDR Lead Engineer and systems engineering in integration of RF board into higher level assembly
Requirements:
*Active secret, TS or TS/SCI
*8+ years of relevant experience
*Ability to go into the Broomfield office 90% of the time
*Local candidates only, please. No relocation provided.*
