Description:Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in seeking a full-time Flutter Engineer for the IFG Program in Fort Worth, Texas. A successful candidate will apply technical expertise in conducting flutter analyses for F-22/F-16. Responsibilities for this position may include:
- Conducting flutter analyses and assessing aircraft modifications and the carriage of new Stores/AME.
- Supporting flutter ground vibration test and flight test activities.
- Documentation of flutter analysis results, ground and flight test plans and results.
- Provide assistance to other structural dynamics disciplines, such as dynamic response and dynamic loads/buffet as required.
- Coordination with internal Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), with some interaction with external IPTs and suppliers.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in an Engineering Technical Discipline
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Aircraft Aeroelasticity Analysis and/or Aeroservoelasticity Analysis
- Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering - Familiarity with NASTRAN, MATLAB, and MS Office tools
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
