Duties / Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated DCGS-A and AIDP Trainer to join Titania’s team supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence’s (USAICoE) training mission. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for the Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A) and the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Army intelligence systems, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.
Design and administer in-house programs to train all levels of personnel on AIDP and DCGS-A.
Coordinate class arrangements, conduct training sessions, and develop evaluation criteria for training effectiveness.
Apply ADDIE methodology (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to create and refine training systems and learning platforms.
Analyze current 111th Military Intelligence Brigade training development program needs and recommend solutions.
Develop tests, visual aids, and course materials to support instruction.
Stay current on learning theory, motivation theory, and emerging training technologies.
Provide subject matter expertise to management and technical personnel regarding mission and technical operations.
Offer guidance, technical support, and training to USAICoE personnel.
Support program staff to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.
Participate in technical meetings, prepare reports, and attend curriculum reviews to identify capability gaps and evaluate solutions.
Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a TS/SCI clearance.
Must be a DCGS-A or AIDP subject matter expert.
Conducted operations in the last ten years in support of authorized intelligence activities.
Honorably served in the military and have operational experience in one of the following MOS/AOC: 35F/350F, 35N/350N, 35S/352S, 35D, 35C, 35G, 180A.
Graduate of one of the following Military Intelligence Branch courses; Advanced Officer Course, Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course, or Advanced Warrant Officer Course.
