Our client, a leading software development company, is looking for a Secret Cleared Elastic Architect for an initial 1-year contract position. Candidates can be located in either Boston, MA or Hampton, VA. The Architect will be working onsite, 5 days a week, supporting the deployment of observability and application monitoring tools on Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes. They will be deploying Logstash and building new data ingestion pipelines to convert new data into a common language. Kits will be deployed using Docker and Ansible.

The expected hourly rate range for this role is: $83.25 - $120.25 per hour.
The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
Required Skills:
- Experience designing and deploying Elastic observability and APM tools
- Must possess an Active DoD Secret Level Clearance
- Experience with Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes
- Experience building data ingestion piplelines and deploying Logstash
- Background as a Site Reliability Engineer

- Any level of Elastic certification
