Overview
Triaplex, Inc. (a subsidary of VTG Defense), is seeking an AI/ML Subject Matter Expert with additional experience in Computer Network Operations (CNO) development in Chantilly VA . The ideal candidate shall have expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning and direct, hands-on experience developing CNO capabilities. This role supports mission-focused efforts to design, prototype, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions aligned with CNO requirements.

What will you do?
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply AI/ML methods to problems involving network data, cyber operations, and automation.
- Advise customer using AI/ML domain-expertise on mission sets and applications.
- Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models to support or enhance CNO capabilities.
- Collaborate with CNO development teams to integrate ML-driven capabilities into tools or workflows.
- Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable technical insights.
- Produce high-quality documentation, briefings, and technical recommendations.
Do you have what it takes?
Required Experience and Capabilities:
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML models and pipelines.
- Familiarity with CNO development - including building, modifying, or enhancing CNO tools or capabilities.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Ability to work with sensitive or classified systems
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, cybersecurity, data science, engineering, or related fields.
