What does this role look like?
This is a Sr Finance and Business Operations Analysis ( FP&A) role with a focus on Planning and Analysis and Program Control. This position is in support of a Portfolio of 50+ programs with responsibilities including proactive FP&A activities consolidating and preparing Portfolio reporting of Orders/Sales/EBIT/CASH and assisting in Long Range Planning, Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business rhythms on Working Capital, Cash Management, Revenue Recognition and bookings. Additional Responsibilities will include direct support to a team of Financial Analysts who perform program control and Customer Financial Reporting, Funding Tracking, Invoice and Receivable tracking for Short Term Cash Mgmt, Support to proposal estimates and financial reviews.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with budgeting or forecasting or variance analysis or FP&A or financial analysis or anything else finance or business related
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Background in Data Analytics Automation or use of emerging AI tools for efficiency and accuracy.
- Proactive Leader, Self Starter/Highly motivated,
- Strong Financial Skills and risk assessment
- Experience with key financial tools, process and policies supporting DoD and other Federal Agency contracts.
- Command of Ledger/ Financial Planning and Earned Value Tools (SAP/Hyperion/Cobra)
- FAR and Government Compliance and is ready to support a virtual/Geographically distributed organization.
- Must possess Strong Excel Skills and Data analytics
- Experience with Government Accounting/Invoicing/Cash management
- Strong Presentation Skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6+ years of professional experience; or 5+ years of professional experience with a Masters degree.
- Active Top Secret security clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
